How to Use: If use as a scrub: Damp your feet then scrub away dry skin. Rinse and towel dry. If used as a soak salt: Pour hot water into a basin about 3 to 4 inches high and let the salts dissolve then check the water temperature before you soak your feet. We recommend to soak your feet about 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
